Dealsourcr review: good apps, demanding terms

Declaration of interest

We build Prop AI Deals, a competing product, so read this as a rival’s assessment rather than an independent one. Every factual claim about Dealsourcr below comes from their own public pages, checked 9 September 2026. Everything evaluative is labelled as our view.

Dealsourcr delivers a pre-stacked feed of property deals with analysers, calculators, R2SA search and downloadable sold-price and rent data, wrapped in full iOS and Android apps. It is a well-built product with unusually demanding commercial terms, and both halves of that sentence matter to the buying decision. This review covers each in turn.

  • Prices are rendered client-side and are not present in the published page source, so we do not quote a figure. Both tiers are billed yearly, excluding VAT.
  • A strict no-refund policy is published: no part of a subscription period is refunded once it has started.
  • Signup requires waiving the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, in exchange for immediate access to digital content.

What Dealsourcr does well

  • Full iOS and Android apps — still rare in UK sourcing software, and genuinely useful for saving deals from a viewing.
  • Deals arrive pre-stacked, so the first pass of filtering is already done for you.
  • R2SA search and downloadable sold-price and rent data in the same subscription.
  • Pause as well as cancel, which suits investors who source seasonally.

Where it may not fit (our view)

  • The AI Deal Analyser is capped at 5 per month on Pro, which is a low ceiling if analysis is the reason you subscribed.
  • Annual-only billing plus a strict no-refund policy means the trial is the only real evaluation window.
  • The published cooling-off waiver is worth reading before signup — it is lawful for digital content, but it removes a consumer protection you would otherwise keep.

Unless a row names a plan, the PAID column describes Pro (£59 per month, 7-day free trial). Starter is £29 per month with no trial and capped analysis; Max is £99 per month and adds a white-label storefront. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Verdict (our view)

The product is good. Pre-stacked deals, real mobile apps, R2SA search and downloadable sold-price data is a coherent package for an investor who wants the filtering done before they look.

Our view is that the terms ask a lot. Annual-only billing, no refunds once a period starts, and a waived statutory cooling-off period together mean the seven-day trial carries the entire weight of the decision.

Worth evaluating properly, with an actual shortlist of properties, inside the trial. If the analysis cap on Pro is going to bind, price Premium from the start rather than discovering it in week three of a twelve-month commitment.

Judge it on a real deal

The honest test is not a feature table, it is a property you are actually considering. Run one through PAID and see whether the verdict matches your own. From £29 per month on Starter; Pro is £59 per month with a 7-day free trial.
