Property Market Intel alternative: cheap credits, capped credits

Declaration of interest

We build Prop AI Deals, a competing product, so read this as a rival’s assessment rather than an independent one. Every factual claim about Property Market Intel below comes from their own public pages, checked 9 September 2026. Everything evaluative is labelled as our view.

Property Market Intel positions itself as the most affordable serious sourcing platform in the UK, and on published pricing that claim holds up. The reason people look for an alternative is almost always the same: 80 valuation credits per month on Standard sounds generous until a single active sourcing week eats them. This page compares at the tier you will actually end up on.

What Property Market Intel does well

  • One of the cheapest credible entry points in UK sourcing software at £24 per month excluding VAT.
  • Unlimited valuation credits from the £33 Pro tier, which undercuts most metered competitors.
  • A serviced-accommodation focus on Pro that few generalist tools match.
  • A free API tier with 100 credits and no card required — genuinely useful for testing.

Where it may not fit (our view)

  • The Standard tier is capped at 80 valuation credits per month, which a single active sourcing week can exhaust.
  • Branded reports and full address listings are held back to Pro, so the entry tier is hard to use client-facing.
  • Analytics-led rather than decision-led: sourcing is filter- and alert-based, and we could not find a ranking of listings against your strategy on its published pages.

Unless a row names a plan, the PAID column describes Pro (£59 per month, 7-day free trial). Starter is £29 per month with no trial and capped analysis; Max is £99 per month and adds a white-label storefront. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. Verdict (our view)

At £33 with unlimited credits, Property Market Intel Pro is one of the best-value analytics subscriptions in the UK market, and we would not pretend our £59 undercuts it.

Our view is that it is analytics-led rather than decision-led. It sources with filters and alerts and values a property well, but we could not find a ranking of listings against your strategy or reasoning you can check line by line. That distinction is the whole reason to consider something else.

If your work is valuation and comparables, buy their Pro tier and ignore us. If your work is deciding which of hundreds of thousands of live listings deserve a viewing, a strategy-ranked shortlist with cited reasoning is what we add.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Property Market Intel cost?

Three tiers plus VAT: Standard £24, Pro £33 and Expert £65 per month, with a 20% discount published for annual billing and a 7-day free trial.

What are the Property Market Intel credit limits?

Standard includes 80 residential valuation credits per month. Pro and Expert are published as unlimited, which makes the £33 Pro tier the value point rather than the £24 entry.

What does the entry tier not include?

Branded PDF reports, premium Chrome tool features, historical property images and full address listings are all held back to Pro. If you present to clients or investors, Standard will not do.

Does Property Market Intel have an API?

Yes, priced separately, with a free tier of 100 credits requiring no card and paid plans from £28 per month. The free tier is genuinely useful for testing.
