Mews Cottage & Land Rear Of 93 High Street, Ventnor, PO38 1LU

Mews Cottage is situated in the town centre at Ventnor but in a secluded position to the rear of buildings on the High Street.

The cottage is in a very poor state of repair and requires significant upgrading and refurbishment but is considered very worthy of the improvements required.

Once Mews Cottage has been restored it is considered ideal for use as a weekend retreat or holiday home, perhaps on a commercial holiday letting basis.

The property may also, of course, suit owner occupation to suit the new owner's requirements.

In addition to the cottage, which is held under the terms of a 1000-year lease, the Lot comes with an additional parcel of freehold land situated above the cottage to the rear.

While not easily accessed, the land can be reached via a pull down ladder from the cottage.

The land is tiered and provides scope and potential for additional garden space with a splendid view over the Victorian town centre, subject to all the necessary consents being obtainable.
