Endlebury Road, Chingford, E4 6QQ

This impressive three bedroom classic 1930's semi detached house has undergone considerable updating by the current owners and comes to market in excellent order throughout.

On the ground floor the house is now completely open-plan with underfloor heating (wet system), with a living space to the front, flowing seamlessly into the rear extension housing a large open plan fully integrated Island kitchen / diner with quality built in appliances.

Dark wooden flooring and plantation shutters help to lend a modern feel, while a large rectangular roof lantern and full height double glazed doors to the rear garden flood the room with natural light.

On the first floor there are three good sized bedrooms - two of which are doubles - and a beautifully appointed three piece family bathroom.

There is of course the potential to extend into the loft to create a further double bedroom and bathroom.

The property also has the benefit of off street parking, a garage to the rear and is double glazed throughout. Endlebury Road is a popular location in North Chingford.
