THOUGHTFUL DESIGN. Standing proudly on an elevated mature site, this impressive Victorian residence dates from circa 1869 and extends to approximately 4,100 sq ft.

The property has undergone an extensive programme of renovation and modernisation, carefully balancing the character and scale of the original house with beautifully considered contemporary additions.

AWARD-WINNING AT ITS HEART.

The kitchen renovation was recognised by the Federation of Master Builders, while the full house was shortlisted in the Best Large Renovation category - reflecting the quality, craftsmanship and care invested throughout the project.

Custom-made birch plywood cabinetry and sleek quartz worktops sit beneath a dramatic glazed vaulted roof, drawing daylight deep into the room.

A breakfast bar, extensive storage and a comprehensive range of integrated appliances create a kitchen that feels architectural yet genuinely practical. SPACE FOR EVERY DAY.

Beyond the formal rooms, the house offers an exceptional collection of adaptable spaces: a bright sunroom opening to the terrace, a substantial games room, a dedicated office and a characterful library.

Together they give the home the flexibility required for family life, home working and entertaining.

The first floor provides five bedrooms, including two impressive bayfronted rooms with elevated outlooks.

Generous proportions, original detailing and excellent natural light continue the calm, understated character found throughout the house. A MATURE SETTING WITH ROOM TO BREATHE.

Sweeping lawns, established trees, hedging and woodland-style planting create a private and mature setting around the house.

Meandering pathways lead through the grounds, while a generous driveway provides extensive parking and access to the detached double garage.

A separate outbuilding, currently arranged as a cattery, offers further flexibility for work, hobbies or ancillary use, subject to approvals. CONTEMPORARY WHERE IT MATTERS.

Two beautifully considered bath and shower rooms introduce clean contemporary detailing, while the dedicated ground-floor office provides an ideal work-from-home setting without compromising the main reception accommodation.
