Enchanting country cottage with lovely 1/3 acre gardens and rural views on the edge of the village Description Birch Tree Cottage is a beautifully presented double-fronted home, set within approximately 1/3 acre of south-facing gardens and enjoying uninterrupted rural views to both the front and rear.

The property has been thoughtfully enhanced by the current owners, including comprehensive redecoration throughout and the installation of new electric gates, further elevating both its presentation and security.

Internally, the house has been meticulously maintained and offers three well-proportioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms, including an en suite to the principal bedroom.

The ground floor provides a surprising sense of space, centred around an impressive main reception room with a triple aspect, a feature Victorian fireplace with working fire, and French doors opening onto the rear terrace.

The breakfast kitchen is finished in limed oak with integrated Neff appliances, and connects to an adjoining dining room, offering clear potential to create a large open-plan living dining kitchen if desired.

A charming entrance porch leads into the hallway, where there is a cloakroom, cloaks cupboard, and a highly versatile study or home office, ideal for modern working requirements.

To the rear, the garage is attached to a neighbouring barn, with a substantial workshop positioned alongside, providing excellent ancillary space.

The gardens are a particular highlight, extending to around 1/3 acre and thoughtfully arranged to maximise both outlook and privacy.

A sweeping driveway wraps around to the rear of the property, where a raised stone terrace enjoys a westerly aspect, ideal for evening sun and far-reaching sunsets across the Cheshire Plain.

The lawns gently descend to a large ornamental pond, framed by mature shrubs, specimen trees and established hedging, creating a wonderfully private and picturesque setting Location Birch Tree Cottage is on a country lane at the edge of Henbury village and has lovely views to the front and rear over fields.
