A substantial area of land behind the property is currently owned by the local council.

The seller advises that they previously explored the possibility of purchasing this additional land and that the council indicated a willingness to consider a sale.

This may provide an incoming purchaser with an interesting opportunity to approach the council and explore increasing the overall site area.

Prospective purchasers must make their own enquiries directly with the council.
