This exceptional four-bedroom house provides an abundance of light filled living space, a terrace, private garden, sunroom and garage.

The stylish kitchen/dining room, at the heart of the home, features bespoke cabinets and a full complement of top brand name appliances.

Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a utility room, accessed from the garden, where you'll be able to dry the dog, do the laundry and clean muddy boots after a country walk.

A further set of double doors lead from the dining room onto an elegant, generously proportioned drawing room, light and airy by day and a comfortable, peaceful, sanctuary when the nights draw in.

Just across the hallway from the drawing room is the fourth bedroom. With an adjacent shower room, this is ideal guest accommodation although it could also be used as a study or home office.

On the uppermost floor is an impressive principal bedroom suite with fitted wardrobes and a luxurious en-suite featuring a bath and a separate shower.

The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, and the third bedroom is conveniently located next to a second shower room.

With the River Thames to the east and The Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the west, Shiplake is surrounded by spectacular scenery.

The Shiplake village store, post office, butcher's and the award-winning Baskerville Arms are located in Lower Shiplake, whilst Shiplake Cross is home to the Grade II listed parish church and The Plough, a beautifully renovated 17th century inn.

Whether you're doing the weekly shop, meeting friends for a coffee or a meal or heading out for the evening, Henley-on-Thames, just three miles from Shiplake has plenty to offer.
