Full Description Keating Estates are delighted to present to market this superb two double bedroom set on the second floor of an elegant Victorian mansion building, plus residents' outside space and ideally located moments from the vibrant heart of Brixton.

Approaching 800 square feet, this beautifully presented home offers generous proportions, excellent natural light and a particularly well-defined layout, with the reception room and kitchen arranged as separate spaces.

This is a notable point of difference from many of the apartments within the building, providing greater separation between living, dining and cooking areas.

The spacious reception room is a welcoming place to relax and entertain, with high ceilings, wooden flooring and large sash windows creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

A striking feature fireplace creates a charming focal point of the room.

The separate kitchen diner is another sociable space with generous storage within contemporary cabinetry off-set by striking blue subway tiles which contrast beautifully with the wooden tones of the flooring and doors.

The cabinetry is neatly arranged to maximise the space whilst framing the dining area, making this a lovely setting in which to host.

An adjoining utility room adds further practicality and storage whilst keeping the laundry quietly tucked away.

Both bedrooms are both comfortable doubles with the same high ceilings as the rest of the home, adding grandeur and elevating the sense of space.

A rarity for period properties, the bedrooms are of similar size adding to the versatility of the home, whether renting a room, having an office come guest room or being able to grow into the property in the future.

The bathroom is centrally set, featuring a bathtub and overhead shower.

Being set on the second floor this lovely home boasts a particularly bright and private ambience thanks to this elevated position, with leafy views over the rooftops to the front.

There is also access to a residents’ outside space at the rear of the building, with keys provided for the secure bike shed.

Further benefits include a recently installed boiler with a seven-year British Gas HomeCare warranty, valid until February 2031, covering unlimited repairs including parts and labour, subject to an annual home care visit.

The doors were also upgraded in 2026 in line with fire safety standards.

Situated in the heart of Brixton, the location offers something for everyone, from private members’ clubs to everyday conveniences.

Canterbury Crescent is a two-minute walk from popular local destinations such as Pop Brixton, Market Row, and Brixton Village, which feature an abundance of dining, bistros, and street food options.

Residents also enjoy access to a wide variety of shops, nightlife, and vibrant Brixton culture, with Clapham within walking distance for a change of scenery.

Transport links are excellent, with Brixton Underground Station just a four-minute walk away, providing access to the Victoria Line for a short commute to the city.
