About
Hugh Hickman and Son are pleased to offer for this sale, this well maintained and attractive freehold caravan site, consisting of four caravan plots.
The site we are informed has an occupancy licence for ten months and includes two double vans, one single van plus one vacant plot.
The site is fully enclosed with large timber security gates with an additional piece of land at the front for extra parking.
Each plot has its own parking area and we understand that there is main drainage, electric meters, water and heating by Calor gas.
The site is located within close proximity to Chichester Harbour and the beach, the local shops in Creek Road, Hayling Island Sailing Club and the Marina all just a few minutes' drive away.
Viewing is strictly by appointment only through Hugh Hickman and Son. Please note some internal photos may now be slightly different.
