14 Admirals Quarter, Barrack Road, Weymouth, DT4 8BD

Located on Weymouth’s historic Nothe headland overlooking Nothe Gardens, Admirals Quarter is an exclusive, secure gated development of just 16 houses, situated in a spectacular peaceful location, yet only a short walk from Weymouth Harbour, town and Newtons Cove.

Designed in a contemporary style and built in 2010 by award-winning developer ZeroC, this spacious, indulgent, energy-efficient home offers eco-friendly features such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and high levels of insulation.

The Entrance Hall gives access to the games/cinema room, three storage cupboards, two large ground-floor bedrooms, and jack-and-jill bathroom.

Ground-floor bedrooms three and four are both doubles, situated at the rear aspect, with access to the patio garden via glazed sliding doors in bedroom three.

Stairs rise from the hall to the spacious and bright first floor landing, leading to the vast 25ft living room, connected to the large kitchen dining room via glazed double doors.

The modern fitted kitchen comprises solid wood base and wall-mounted cabinets with granite worktops and all integrated appliances, including a double oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and 5-burner gas hob with overhead extractor hood.

Stairs rise again to the second floor landing, which benefits from a skylight, large airing cupboard, and gives access to the utility room, bedroom two at the front aspect with built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, and the master bedroom at the rear.

The master bedroom is a spectacular space featuring a vaulted ceiling with full-height windows and sliding doors, with a juliette balcony overlooking Nothe Gardens, two built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.

Outside to the front is a small garage for storage, accessed by an up-and-over door from the driveway, which provides parking for two vehicles.

To the rear is a lower patio with steps up to a decked and fully enclosed terrace.

Admirals Quarter is located adjacent to the Nothe, a short stroll to Brewers Quay, the atmospheric Hope Square, and the picturesque old harbour, all providing many popular places to drink and dine including 'Catch', a Michelin star Seafood restaurant which was recently reviewed in The Times as the 'best restaurant in the world' by celebrity food writer Giles Coren.

Nothe Gardens and the popular swimming spot at Newtons Cove are directly on the property’s doorstep, and for boat lovers it is a short stroll to Weymouth Marina.

Weymouth town centre is a short walk across the town bridge where you will find a plethora of independent and nationally branded shops, leisure and entertainment facilities, along with the sweeping blue flag sandy beach and splendid Georgian esplanade.
