About
Sellers Comment... We moved to Radical Ride in 2018 and were immediately drawn to its peaceful setting, spacious feel and strong sense of community.
Over the years, it has proved to be a wonderful home, with features we have particularly valued including the large driveway, private garden, generous main bedroom and the larger conservatory, which really sets the property apart.
Since moving in, we have invested a great deal of care in modernising the house and creating a home that feels both stylish and practical for everyday family life.
The conservatory has been the standout space for us and very much the heart of the home.
Its size and natural light make it an incredibly versatile and inviting room, and it is where we spend most of our time.
In the warmer months, opening the doors onto the decking and garden gives the space an especially lovely feel and creates a seamless link between inside and out.
Radical Ride itself is a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by trees, with a warm and friendly atmosphere that has made living here especially enjoyable.
It is the kind of setting that feels calm and tucked away, while still being part of a genuine neighbourhood community.
We will be very sorry to leave, but have made many happy memories here and hope the next owners will enjoy both the house and the setting just as much as we have. Will and Mike's Comment...
Our sellers have perfectly summed up why this house has been such a ideal family home for them since 2018. It really does have so much to offer with great room sizes both upstairs and downstairs.
From the outside it can be deceiving but homes in this location and with this accommodation are very sought after and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to be tucked away in a quiet cul de sac location.
This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been popular with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep.
This design of three bedroomed homes in the estate is one of our favourites, to the front you have a large entrance hallway that gives you access into a well fitted kitchen with solid wood worktops, integrated appliances and ample cupboard space.
The garage is just the other side of wall which gives lots of potential to knock through and create more space if needed.
There is also a handy cupboard by the front door for more storage outside which also houses the boiler.
The home also comes with a nicely fitted downstairs cloakroom, but the back of the house is our favourite part.
Giving you a 17ft, open living and dining space which has been redecorated by our current sellers with storage under the stairs.
As you can see from the details the bi-folding doors led onto an equal size conservatory which even has underfloor heading.
There is huge amount of natural light here with the double doors onto the south facing garden. Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a superb size and can accommodate double beds which is rare to find.
The refitted family bathroom is a good size and you have a separate airing cupboard for more storage.
But the master bedroom has to be our favourite room upstairs, spanning the whole width of the house it's a superb size.
We love the double windows and that it comes with fitted wardrobes and ample space for freestanding furniture.
Outside as we've mentioned the garden is south facing meaning plenty of sunlight throughout the day and is also very private, this creates a great entertaining space with the decking area.
You also have rear access at the back, whist to the front you've got ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles.
If you are looking for a home that is in a great position with three double bedrooms, then we can't wait to take you on a tour. Area Comment...
