An exceptional investment opportunity to acquire a character property occupying an extensive corner plot nestled within an extremely sought after Cambridgeshire village location.

The property requires refurbishment and modernisation whilst also offering substantial potential to extend both on the ground and first floor (STPP), offering a superb opportunity to add significant value once renovated/extended.

This character property sits on an extensive plot and could have the potential to add an additional dwelling (STPP) as there is side access from the roadside.

(Please consult with the local council planning dept or seek advice from your architect/planning consultant as to the feasibility of the development opportunity available) Currently the house offers two generous reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom, lean to and a range of storage rooms on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and an additional room.

Outside there are gardens to the front, side and rear of the property which then leads to an additional plot/garden which overlooks fields behind and offers an exceptional development opportunity.
