Among the largest and most luxurious properties on the park, this outstanding park home measures over 1,000 square feet.

The vast, dual aspect kitchen-diner is a wonderful entertaining space whilst both bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and there is a master ensuite.

A lovely garden and driveway parking complete this wonderful home for those over 45.

Stepping inside, there is a small entrance porch with a useful storage cupboard and a glazed door into the kitchen-diner.

An immense space that would not be out of place in a property of more than double this price, the amazing dual aspect kitchen-diner has a stylish and modern fitted kitchen with a great deal of work surface over.

This extends to a breakfast bar whilst there is plenty of space for a large table and chairs. Two spacious cupboards provide lots of storage with one housing the combi boiler.

Double doors lead to the living room, creating a wonderful social environment whilst other doors lead to the garden, both bedrooms, bathroom and office.

The living room is another dual aspect room and a fabulous size whilst the office serves as useful separate room.

Bedroom one is a generous double room with an ensuite shower room and fitted wardrobes along the length of one wall. The second bedroom meanwhile is another good double with further fitted wardrobes.

Completing the internal space is the bathroom which has a bath, vanity unit and WC. Externally the property has garden on all sides and is predominantly laid to lawn.

There is a block paved driveway to the front providing off street parking whilst the rear garden includes a patio space, metal shed and beautiful flower bed borders.
