VENDORS ONWARD MOVE AGREED!

This most attractive Victorian semi detached house has been skilfully and imaginatively extended to create a wonderful ground floor open plan kitchen dining space and a loft conversion showcasing a spacious new master bedroom with ensuite.

The features of the period can still be seen internally, with an open fireplace to the main sitting room and exposed timber floors.

Outside the rear gardens have been professionally landscaped with a wide paved patio and a neat enclosed lawn, running down to a summer house with potential to use as an office or similar.

This character looking building has WiFi and electricity supplied making it ideal for such uses.

A myriad of improvements have taken place under the current owners watch, leading to a very traditional family house with balanced accommodation enjoying the benefits of modernised living within the character of a period building.

The open plan kitchen is a particular feature comprising cream units under black granite worktops, Butlers sink and built in appliances which include a full height fridge and separate freezer, Bosch dishwasher and a 90 cm dual fuel Rangemaster cooker.

There is a useful separate walk-in utility room and a ground floor cloakroom. The bathrooms are underfloor heated and the central heating is powered from a modern Worcester boiler.

The front sitting room and bedroom above have plantation shutters at the windows.

Outside the patio has been recently laid, providing a wide and sunny area for alfresco dining and entertaining, a step leads to a neat lawn beyond which is another patio area adjacent to the summer house.

The garage adjoins the house with electric roller shutter door and rear door from the garden. An aperture in the ceiling gives access to a boarded storage area above.

Internal inspection is highly recommended. Freehold.
