Originally acquired as an empty property crying out for attention a couple of years ago, it has undergone a sensational transformation in the hands of an emerging architectural collaboration between Vaidas Vileikis and Katerina Karachaliou.

New space has been added via extensions on both floors and no stone has been left unturned in the creation of this striking space.

A combination of enthusiasm and experience, as well as a thorough understanding of the life in London, has led the two designers towards their vision of a light-filled home with ample storage and a private green garden, as well as a separate balcony, stone's throw away from a number of London's hot-spots and landmarks.

Timeless design and materials, with a subtle but unmistakeable Scandinavian influence, finished in an exceptionally high standard, has resulted in a space which puts its' residents' comfort and convenience above all else.

The property comprises of three double bedrooms (one with a huge walk in wardrobe), three bathrooms (one en-suite), a study area, separate utility room, private terrace and a large open-plan kitchen/reception room with triple doors opening onto a expertly designed landscape garden - this truly is a beautiful home.

The property is set in a period mansion block moments from an array of shops, restaurants and cafes, that Chelsea has to offer.

Sloane Square, Earls Court and South Kensington underground stations, are all within walking distance.
