Description The Old Dairy House and ancillary buildings are probably 18th century and once part of a working farm.

Beyond the sitting room a door leads to a single storey south west elevation, in the form of a glazed link with stone floor and exposed stone wall providing a seating area flooded with light beyond which is the old Churn House providing a ground floor guest bedroom with en suite shower room.

To the north west is a dining room with stripped wood floor, wood stove and double openings into the kitchen, which is well appointed with a good range of oak wall and floor units, polished slate floor and an aga range cooker.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a snug and close by is a neatly concealed pantry and small utility room, from where steps lead up to The Old Dairy, a substantial space, offering a myriad of potential uses, but currently providing a laundry room and beyond that a games room.

This fabulous space is full of character, with an original brick floor and exposed timbers on the ceiling.

On the first floor is a principal bedroom with triple aspect windows and an en suite bathroom. Together with the landing there are three other double bedrooms and a family shower room.

Outside The Old Dairy House is approached from a quiet lane via two dedicated access points.

A gate leads to a southerly facing terrace, providing al fresco dining to the front of the property, with mature planting including climbing roses and lavender providing a wealth of colour and scent.

Steps from the terrace lead down to an attractive lawn bordered by a mature beech hedge through which is access to the kitchen garden, orchard and paddock from where there are lovely views towards open countryside.

To the south a lawn wraps round the house where a copse with a carpet of bluebells in the Spring provides the boundary to the garden.

On the eastern boundary of the garden is a level area providing parking for several cars and an alternative approach to the courtyard.
