Located on the High Street in the charming market town of Newport Pagnell, Atterbury Lodge is a beautiful collection of retirement properties.

It is named after the town’s links to Francis Atterbury, a prominent 18th-century bishop and political figure.

Atterbury Lodge is ideally placed for the town’s rich mix of independent stores and boutiques which sit alongside modern shops and a wide selection of cafés and restaurants.

A traditional market is held every Wednesday selling everything from fresh produce to handmade crafts and the town also boasts a monthly Farmers Market.

Newport Pagnell’s Heritage Trail Walks take in much of the history and places of interest in the town, including the parish church of St Peter and St Paul, Tickford Bridge – the oldest cast iron bridge still carrying traffic - and Chandos Hall, home to the museum of the Newport Pagnell Historical Society.

The Lodge Manager is on hand throughout the day to support the Residents and keep the development in perfect shape, as well as arranging many regular events in the Residents’ Lounge from coffee mornings to games afternoons.

A Guest Suite is available for your friends and family to stay in. In addition, you are entitled to use the Guest Suites at all Churchill Living developments across the country.

Prices are available from the Lodge Manager. Atterbury Lodge has been designed with safety and security at the forefront.

The apartment has an emergency Careline system installed, monitored by the on-site Lodge Manager during the day and 24 hours, 365 days a year by the Careline team.

Careline integrated intruder alarm, secure video entry system and sophisticated fire and smoke detection systems throughout both the apartment and communal areas provide unrivalled peace of mind.
