Chesil Avenue, Nottingham, NG8 1QA

Welcome to your future student headquarters (also known as 7CA), where three double bedrooms await you and your friends, and the only thing you’ll be fighting over is who gets the last slice of pizza (not the bathroom, since there’s one and you’re all civilised).

For just £100 per person, per week, you can call this terraced house your home during the 2027/2028 academic year.

The kitchen diner is the heart of the house, perfect for both culinary masterpieces and late-night revision sessions (or just microwaving noodles and procrastinating).

There’s no lounge, but who needs one when you have three spacious bedrooms to retreat to after a hard day’s studying or a harder night out?

Located conveniently for both universities, you’ll never be late for lectures (unless you hit snooze too many times).

Permit parking is available for that one friend who actually has a car, and you’ll be surrounded by shops, takeaways, and transport links, so you’ll never run out of snacks or excuses.

Bills aren’t included, but there’s an option for an all-inclusive package if you want life to be as easy as possible.

Deposits are just £300 per person, so gather your squad and get ready to make some memories! EPC Rating: D
