Malefant Street, Cathays, CF24 4QB

Cardiff Student Letting is owned and run by Cardiff University Students Union. A spacious and well presented five bed student house located at the bottom end of Malefant Street.

This house provided close access to Crwys Road amenities, bus stops and a good balance for Heath students still wanting to be in Cathays.

The property comprises two good size ground floor bedrooms, large lounge with dining table, modern fitted kitchen, three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with a shower cubicle.

The house also benefits a newly landscaped garden with outside seating. A great house. Half-Rent available for July, move in from August.

A holding deposit of one weeks' rent per person will be payable to secure the property. This will be deducted from the final balance payable upon contract signing, subject to a successful application.

Cardiff Student Letting reserves the right to withhold this payment should the application procedure not be fulfilled.

Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure the accuracy of the floorplan contained, it is a rough guide of the layout of the property and should be used as such.
