Commanding a fine position at the top of the wooded slopes of the Warberries, one of Torquay's renowned seven hills is the prestigious development of Sunnyhill, a select complex of twelve quality homes consisting of six modern mews houses and a Victorian Villa converted into six sizeable apartments.

This town house has been owned by two generations of our clients family for over 20 years and provides an easily managed home offering deceptively spacious accommodation, with the principal living space enjoying a bright southerly aspect and benefitting from some sea peeps.

A sunny paved patio to the front, the use of extensive landscaped communal gardens and an allocated parking space compliment this beautiful property, which is a low maintenance home or ideal second home.

The development sits within secure electronic gated parking facilities and private grounds with landscaped gardens of approximately one acre where southerly views to the sea at Tor Bay can be enjoyed.

Torquay's harbourside and town centre lie at the base of the hill whilst the popular amenities at nearby Wellswood village are easily accessible.
