Design-led coastal living just moments from Belhaven Bay At first glance, 8 Springfield Terrace appears to be a traditional semi-detached home, but step inside and you’ll discover a truly exceptional, design-led transformation.

Reimagined by its current owners, who have successfully designed a number of homes, this three-bedroom property offers a carefully curated interior where quality, creativity and craftsmanship shine throughout.

From the moment you enter the hallway, you are drawn towards the magnificent open-plan kitchen and dining space at the rear, which is unquestionably the heart of the home.

The kitchen has been beautifully crafted with sleek modern cabinetry and a full range of integrated appliances, including an induction hob with a concealed extractor.

Striking Diespeker resin terrazzo worktops elevate the space further, adding both texture and visual impact.

At the dining end, large sliding doors perfectly frame views of the private rear garden and flood the room with natural light.

To the front of the property, the sitting room continues the thoughtful design narrative, offering a space full of warmth, character and subtle quirkiness, an inviting retreat from the open-plan hub.

Off the rear hallway is a highly practical utility room and a wonderfully playful WC, full of personality and bold design choices, a space guaranteed to raise a smile.

Upstairs, the design-led approach continues.

The principal bedroom is a particularly generous space, enhanced by ceiling skylights fitted with electric blinds, allowing light to pour in while maintaining privacy.

The en-suite bathroom is finished with porcelain tiling, distinctive waterproof woven-style flooring that combines the look of seagrass with durability, elegant brass fixtures and fittings, and excellent storage within a large drawer vanity unit.

Two further bedrooms are located on this floor, along with a sleek and contemporary shower room complete with terrazzo flooring, continuing the cohesive aesthetic found throughout the home.

Externally, the garden has also benefited from the owners’ creative vision.

A well-maintained lawn is bordered by natural screening for privacy, while a modern patio area provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and enjoying the coastal sunshine.

To the front, there is a spacious driveway providing parking for two vehicles.
