Offering an extensive choice of attractively designed contemporary homes for Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy, Signaller's Croft provides the perfect blend of modern living in a semi-rural setting.

Signaller's Croft has been built in an area with a long and interesting past.

And it is this history that has inspired its identity today, with a nod to Crewe's long association with the railways and the fact that the site is located close to the Basford Hall railway yard.

While Signaller's Croft is surrounded by green open space, it is also just a ten-minute drive from the centre of Crewe - with its excellent array of restaurants, shops and attractions - so never feels remote.

What's more, with great transport links, easy access to handy amenities, and a choice of fantastic schools nearby, Signaller's Croft is the perfect place to put down roots.

Buy with Shared Ownership Shared Ownership is another way to buy your own home. You buy a percentage (between 40% and 75%) and pay rent on the rest.

Onward Living owns part of it - but you're living there, you decorate it, and you decide when to sell. Buying a percentage means a smaller deposit and smaller mortgage.

It's a sooner first step on the ladder for lots of people. Usually, you can also carry on buying shares, to own it 100%.

60% share price - £138,000 A monthly rent of £210.83 also payable, plus a service charge and buildings insurance charge of £26.87.
