It's not often you get views as good as these, far reaching and uninterrupted, sweeping over the countryside and go on for miles and miles, you even get a glimpse of both The Solent and The Channel too.

The first floor lounge which has a wood burner, opens out to a fabulous balcony and as you step out the views just make make you go wow!

This home is not just about the views though, there's a lot to like here such as the exposed floorboards, feature fireplaces and a great size summer house that could be a workshop or a gym.

This house offers you flexible space and can be arranged to suit your own taste and needs, it has four bedrooms including two on the ground floor, though perhaps one could be used as a home office as the current owners do.

There's a stylish bathroom which includes a shower, two WCs, a kitchen / dining room that opens up to a sun lounge, which is a lovely room to enjoy those views from and you have a utility room too.

For those of you who would like even more space, there's also a huge attic already boarded that could be converted with the correct permissions.

The land scaped and well cared for gardens, start with a lovely paved patio and then down a gentle slope through the lawned garden and leads to a bar and entertaining area including a Hot tub.

With off road parking to the front, a regular bus route running past and Brading train station a short walk away it offers plenty of convenience in particular for commuters
