Description Town & Country Property Auctions are pleased to offer to the market a fantastic investment opportunity for investors and landlords.

16&16A Windsor Terrace is located in the popular residential district of New Kyo, Stanley.

This terraced property has been converted into two flats, which have been separated for council tax and utility purposes, albeit held on one title.

This affords an opportunity for the next owner to split the title to create two leasehold tiles, thus creating an additional income from ground rent. Both flats are currently vacant.

Previously flat 1 (2 bed) was rented for £475.00 pcm and flat 2 (1 bed) was rented for £400 pcm. An uplift in rent to reflect current market rates is a possibility.

Flat 1 is presented in reasonable habitable condition.

Flat 2 has been partially refurbished by the current owner and requires a new kitchen and flooring to finalise the refurbishment in readiness to let to tenants. This is reflected in the guide price.
