Rear Garden / Patio A triangle shaped area of low maintenance garden / patio with a raised seating area. A great house which gives proper space for living together.

The rent is for the whole house including internet.

Clearly the bedrooms are of different sizes, and this will probably mean that a group who take on the house might want to share the rent in a way that reflects this.

We are happy to suggest a split based on what we have done previously.

The house had a substantial make over a few years ago but inevitably there is wear and tare, so it will have a re-fresh in the summer before the new tenants arrive in September.

If you are interested please message, and please read the viewing information below. Please do not click the 'rent now' button - thank you.

We are only arranging viewings for prospective tenants who have watched the video, read the details, checked the area, and feel based, as much as is possible, they would like to proceed.

We are trying to minimise disruption for the existing tenants... Thank you. Video of the property: You will be dealing with the owners who manage the house directly themselves.
