The Flat, Park Farmhouse, Lydney Park Estate, Lydney, GL15 6BU

A very large two-bedroom first-floor flat situated within the beautiful grounds of Lydney Park Estate, in an attractive setting next to Taurus Crafts in Lydney.

The property offers exceptionally generous accommodation, with a large living room, two large bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom and kitchen.

There is plenty of room throughout the flat, making it an ideal home for those looking for more space than a typical two-bedroom property.

A particular highlight is the very large surrounding garden, available for the tenant's private use. The property also benefits from parking and outbuildings providing excellent additional storage.

Set within the grounds of the historic Lydney Park Estate, the property enjoys a beautiful rural setting while remaining conveniently located for Lydney and its amenities.

This is a unique and spacious property in a beautiful estate setting, offering generous accommodation, extensive private outdoor space and useful storage facilities.

As the flat is situated directly above the Lydney Park Estate offices, meetings and estate business may occasionally take place in the meeting rooms below the property.

For this reason, the property may not be suitable for young children or pets that are regularly left alone for extended periods.

We would be happy to discuss this with prospective tenants prior to arranging a viewing, to ensure the property is suitable for their individual circumstances. Available from September.

Early viewing is highly recommended.
