One of the Final Ground‑Floor Two‑Bedroom Apartments — A Rare Find!

This spectacular 2‑bedroom apartment in Saffron Walden, Essex forms part of the beautiful Jacob Place development by the award‑winning McCarthy & Stone.

Apartment 9, positioned on the ground floor, is one of the last remaining two‑bedroom homes at this highly sought‑after level — a truly special opportunity.

Step inside and you’ll find a wonderfully spacious living area that’s perfect for relaxing or hosting guests.

Just off the living room sits a charming traditional closed‑off kitchen, offering a cosy, separate space for cooking — ideal for those who prefer the classic layout and a little extra peace while preparing meals.

Both bedrooms are beautifully proportioned, with the main bedroom featuring a generous walk‑in wardrobe for effortless storage.

A stylish shower room, additional WC, and practical hallway storage add to the home’s comfort and convenience, while low‑maintenance finishes and thoughtful safety features provide complete peace of mind.

Bright, welcoming, and impressively designed, Apartment 9 brings together space, practicality, and the ease of ground‑floor living — and with so few two‑bed options left on this level, it’s an opportunity not to be missed.
