About
A well-presented two bedroom apartment situated on the raised ground floor of Victoria Mill on Lower Vickers Street, Miles Platting.
Victoria Mill is a Grade II* listed former cotton mill, offering a great example of Manchester's industrial heritage.
The building retains plenty of its original character and is set alongside the Rochdale Canal, giving residents the benefit of waterside surroundings while still being within easy reach of Manchester City Centre.
The apartment itself offers well-proportioned accommodation, with an open-plan living room and kitchen providing a practical space for day-to-day living.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom, with the property offering a good level of accommodation throughout.
The location is particularly convenient for those looking to be close to the city, with Manchester City Centre and the Northern Quarter within easy reach.
Being positioned alongside the canal also gives you the option of quieter walks and a change of scenery from the city streets.
A good opportunity to live in a building with real character and history, while having the convenience of Manchester City Centre close by.
