The first floor features an open-plan lounge/diner with a fitted kitchen area, creating a sociable living space full of charm and cottage character.

From the front window there are magnificent views down the river Esk to the swing bridge and beyond.

The second floor has been utilised by its current owners as a large double bedroom, with original feature beams and again lovely views out to the harbour and beyond.

Across from Puffin Cottage is a shared garden, shown on the deeds as hanging space. At the top of the terrace is a small stone built store and bin area. On street parking is available nearby.

The property would now benefit from a programme of modernisation and cosmetic improvement in places to ensure current regulations are met (dependant on use), presenting an excellent opportunity for buyers seeking a holiday retreat, investment property, or characterful coastal home to personalise and add value to.
