In most cases if you're interested in one of our properties you will be asked to complete a form before viewing any of our vacant homes*.

This is to ensure all applicants are eligible and for the safety of our staff and customers. Successful applications are processed based on factors such as suitability, affordability, etc.

and not purely on a 'first come first served' basis. Rent Payment We offer a number of different ways for you to pay your rent. If you prefer you can pay weekly, monthly or even fortnightly.

We also offer payment through direct debit, standing order, payment cards and cash/cheque.

We are a housing association, so we don't do credit checks or charge admin fees but we do ask for references and we will ask for four weeks rent in advance, even if you are in receipt of or Universal Credit.

Please note the weekly rent is approximate – the rent amount is to be confirmed and subject to change. Disclaimer Photograph is for reference only and is not the specific property.

Internal photos to follow. All measurements are indicative of room sizes and should not be used as final measurements for the purposes of purchasing floor coverings, furniture etc.

Because we like our tenants to make their homes their own most properties are supplied without floor coverings and white goods. In certain circumstances we may issue vouchers for decorating purposes.

Whilst we recognise our clients may have to move for various reasons, our tenancies are very secure and as such ideally geared to those looking for the security of a long term tenancy.

*Whilst we will always deal with enquiries as quickly as possible, during exceptionally busy periods this can take up to 10 working days.

Adverts Interest in our properties is often exceptionally high, and adverts may only remain live for a very short period of time.

We would recommend enquiries are made as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
