The Old Hay Barn, Kinton, Craven Arms, SY7 0LT

A wonderful characterful Barn Conversion with beautiful, spacious gardens occupying a superb setting on the edge of the village of Leintwardine.

The Property The Old Hay Barn is a beautifully converted period barn, full of the character that only comes with age and craftsmanship - exposed beams run throughout, a reminder of the building's agricultural past.

The reception hall sets the tone from the moment you arrive, with room for seating and a striking wooden staircase rising to a galleried landing beneath a vaulted ceiling.

Double-height, floor-to-ceiling glazed oak-framed windows flood the space with light, and French doors open directly onto the gardens beyond.

At the heart of the home is a kitchen/breakfast room of wonderful proportions, fully fitted with a Rangemaster cooker, induction hob, dishwasher and ample space for a family table.

A well-equipped utility room with a Belfast sink and further storage sits alongside a handy WC cloakroom. There is also a useful pantry providing further storage.

The dining room is a particular find - its own en-suite shower room gives it genuine flexibility as a ground-floor, accessible bedroom five, should that suit.

The sitting room is the room to linger in: Double aspect, generously proportioned, and warmed by a Clearview wood-burning stove.

Upstairs, the galleried landing leads to a principal bedroom that makes the most of the vaulted ceiling above, complete with its own en-suite shower room.

Three further bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the first floor, offering comfortable, well-proportioned accommodation for family life.
