Inside this 6 bed, 6 ensuite property, you will find a pastel colour scheme throughout providing a homely, cosy and tranquil “home away from home”.

The rear of the house opens out into an open plan living area, kitchen, dining room and then out onto a tiled outdoor terraced area.

Furnished with modern and contemporary pieces, you’ll find low level pendant lighting, sofas and chairs for cosy nights in...and there’s even a wall mounted TV!

In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer and dishwasher that are all integrated for a sleek and modern appearance.

Hidden away in the utility room, there’s a washing machine and dryer – free of charge.

The bedrooms, which are spread over 3 floors, were designed for relaxation and comfort with the pastel colour schemes.

The fitted furniture is unique and bespoke to each bedroom, ensuring every inch of space has been utilised.

You’ll find double beds in each bedroom, with clever space saving storage underneath for hiding away suitcases and clutter. The wardrobes are fitted with rails, shelves and basket drawers.

Each desk & chair is positioned next to the media panel which has Cat-5 internet access and controls for the Bluetooth Speaker, located in the ceiling of each bedroom (the house itself also has Virgin Media wifi on a Ubiquiti system to ensure that the performance, speed & connection is always at a premium).

The bathrooms, one in each bedroom, have the style and feel of a spa retreat hosting double showers, contemporary tiles and freestanding barrel sinks...we’re sure you’ll agree with us!

At the rear of the house, through the large glass doors, you’ll find a paved area. To the front of the house, there is parking available on the roadside (with a permit from Kirklees Council).
