16, Silverdale Road, Wirral, CH63 5JH

Summary This three-bedroom semi-detached house is perfect for anyone looking to get stuck into a project.

In need of some renovation and updating, this house is bursting with potential and attractively priced. Offering a south facing grassy garden to any interested.

Description Entering the property, you're greeted by a light and airy hallway with the kitchen ahead and a door into the rear reception room.

This room has double patio doors leading out into the garden, there is scope to knock the wall between this and the kitchen to create an open plan living space.

Double doors connect both reception rooms. The room to the front makes for a cozy living/sitting room, thanks to the door from the hallway being blocked up.

Heading upstairs, there are two well proportioned double bedrooms, the front bedroom boasts bay windows flooding the room with natural light.

The third bedroom is deceptively large for a single and would also make a great home office. Servicing the bedrooms is a shower wet room.

Outside, the rear garden is laid to lawn with patio space surrounding the house. There is a brick build outhouse, useful for storage.
