Orchard Villa, 21, Gomer Place, Teddington, TW11 9AR

The quality of the design is illustrated in the use of materials such as European oak for the windows and doors and glass and steel for the staircase.

The reception room has windows to three sides with bi-folding doors opening to a paved terrace and a "hot rocks" feature fireplace.

The kitchen, which is situated on the lower level, features a range of contemporary wall and base units with granite surfaces and is open plan to the dining area which opens to a secluded terrace laid with timber decking.

There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, both of which have en suite facilities and offer built in wardrobes. A ground floor study area and guest cloakroom complete the accommodation.
