Higher Clovelly, Bideford, Devon, EX39 5SA

Set within the picturesque grounds of a Grade II listed Victorian model farm, The Granary is the largest and, arguably, most characterful of the beautifully converted residences at Highford Farm.

With a unique blend of original architectural features and thoughtful modern updates, this spacious 3 Bedroom upper-floor apartment offers a fantastic opportunity as a holiday home or second residence (subject to 12-month holiday usage restrictions).

The property is accessed via an external staircase leading to a welcoming entrance hall. Two generous double bedrooms are positioned to the front of the home, both enjoying open countryside views.

The family bathroom is fitted with a freestanding bath, WC and wash hand basin - all presented in keeping with the home’s heritage.

At the heart of the property lies an impressive, open-plan living space.

Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a striking feature window create a stunning backdrop for family living, with ample room for dining, relaxing and entertaining.

A well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances complements the space.

The master suite is privately tucked away at the far end of the property and boasts an en-suite shower room, utility cupboard and an eye-catching spiral staircase leading to a raised mezzanine area - ideal for reading, storage or simply taking in the ambience.

Outside, The Granary benefits from its own private lawned garden (approximately 100' x 45') with views extending out to the sea, along with a patio seating area perfect for summer barbecues.
