Gaunt Close, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE11 2NN

Amplius properties are offered on an unfurnished basis, unless otherwise stated in the advert or application process.

Unfurnished means that the property will be offered without white goods and in most cases without carpeting/ flooring throughout.

By submitting an application for this property, you accept the responsibility and cost of sourcing your own furnishings and flooring. Important information prior to submitting your application.

Amplius do not ask for a deposit; however, if accepted for the property, you are required to make your first rent payment in advance of receiving the keys.

This is in most cases a full month's rent, unless otherwise stated in the advert.

By submitting your application, you agree that you will make this payment should you accept any offer of housing via Amplius.

You accept that should a payment not be made in line with our policies, any offer of housing may be withdrawn. Amplius operate a digital Lettings process.

All our documents will be shared with you electronically and we would require a digital signature as part of the process.

Therefore, it is important that each applicant must ideally have their own individual email address, however a paper operated approach is available should this be required.

How to apply: Amplius do not accept telephone enquiries regarding properties advertised on Rightmove.

In order to operate a transparent application process, we can only accept online applications via the Rightmove website.

We receive a very high volume of applications and unfortunately, we are unable to respond to everyone.

Should we be looking to proceed with your application, you will hear from us within 5-10 working days of your application being submitted.

Your application will be assessed in line with our Fasttrack Lettings policy on a first come, first served basis. .Want to know more about Amplius?
