Accommodation Comprises From the moment you arrive at this substantial detached home in Treseders Gardens, there is an immediate sense of space, privacy and versatility.

Set within an established residential setting and just a short walk from the centre of Truro, the property combines the proportions of a traditional family home with the flexibility increasingly sought by modern professional households.

Stepping inside, the scale of the accommodation becomes immediately apparent.

Extending to approximately 2,600 sq ft and arranged over split levels, the house offers a series of well-defined spaces that flow naturally from one to another.

The layout is particularly adaptable, providing plenty of scope for family life, entertaining, working from home or accommodating visiting relatives and guests.

The principal lounge is an impressive and naturally light room, with a distinctive vaulted, angled ceiling creating a wonderful sense of height and volume.

Large sliding patio doors draw the outside in, filling the room with natural light while providing pleasant views across the gardens and beyond.

The combination of the elevated ceiling, generous proportions and direct connection with the garden gives the room a particularly open and uplifting feel, making it an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining.

At the heart of the home is an exceptionally spacious kitchen, offering considerably more room than would normally be expected in a property of this type.

This is a genuinely substantial space, with plenty of room for extensive storage and preparation areas alongside a generous breakfast or informal dining area.

The kitchen has the proportions to become a real hub of the home, whether preparing meals, enjoying a morning coffee or gathering with family and friends.

Its size also allows the room to remain practical while incorporating a more sociable element, creating a space that works equally well for everyday family life and entertaining.

A separate utility room sits alongside the kitchen, providing valuable additional space for laundry, household appliances and everyday storage.

Keeping these practical functions away from the main kitchen helps preserve its sense of openness while adding another layer of functionality to an already well-proportioned home.

The bedroom accommodation is arranged across the two levels of the house, with three generous double bedrooms on the first floor and a further three doubles on the lower level.

All six bedrooms are substantial doubles, providing an exceptional level of accommodation and flexibility for a larger family, professional household or those requiring dedicated guest or home-working space.

The bedroom accommodation is complemented by a well-appointed en-suite, providing the main bedroom with its own private bathroom facilities and an added degree of comfort and privacy.

A separate family bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms, providing facilities for the household while as well as a cloakroom/wc being conveniently positioned for guests.

For a family relocating to Cornwall, the number of bedrooms provides plenty of room to settle in without immediately having to compromise on space.

Equally, for a professional couple or individual, the additional rooms offer the opportunity to create dedicated work or hobby spaces while retaining comfortable guest accommodation.

Externally The generous proportions continue beyond the house itself, with established gardens to both the front and rear.

The gardens provide an attractive private setting and offer plenty of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, whether over a morning coffee, an al fresco meal or simply relaxing at the end of the working day.

For tenants with busy professional lives, the property is offered with gardening included within the monthly rent, ensuring the outside space remains well maintained without becoming an additional responsibility.

The property also benefits from a double garage and further off-road parking, providing valuable storage and parking provision that is increasingly difficult to find so close to a city centre.

Suitability This is not simply a property offering six bedrooms; it is a home that provides the room and versatility to adapt as circumstances change.

Ideally suited, for a senior professional relocating to Cornwall, or already in the area, it offers the opportunity to move into a well-established home with ample room for family, guests and working from home.

Pets may be considered with a pets addendum. There is strictly no smoking permitted inside, and those in receipt of benefit must have a working guarantor.

Agents Note A gardener is included within the monthly rent removing one of the ongoing commitments associated with maintaining a property of this size; this ensures the outside space remains well maintained without becoming an additional responsibility.
