Fitzjohn Avenue, Barnet

Hamptons are delighted to offer this handsome four bedroom semi-detached period home on Fitzjohn Avenue, available as a furnished short let from the first week of January until April 2027, with some flexibility on dates.

All bills are included, making it ideal for families relocating, those between homes or renovating, and corporate tenants.

A welcoming entrance hall with herringbone parquet flooring leads to a guest WC, a bay-fronted reception room and a dining room, both with original cast-iron fireplaces, the latter opening via French doors to the garden.

To the rear, a light-filled open-plan kitchen and family room has granite worktops, a double oven, gas hob and floor-to-ceiling glazing with two sets of French doors to the terrace, complemented by a separate utility room.

The first floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, while the top-floor principal suite benefits from air conditioning, fitted storage and an en-suite.

Outside, a raised terrace leads to a generous lawned garden with a mature fruit tree, summer house and shed. Off-street parking.
