The Village, Chaddesley Corbett, DY10 4SA

Now finished and ready to move into…..open day launch coming soon please enquire for more information.

The subtle exterior is deceptive to the passerby; a covered porch allows for architectural imitation of original stables, each home is entered through a hardwood door and the interiors then open up into a vaulted ceiling with large and exposed oak trusses that emit a feeling of space and grandeur which challenges you not to be astounded by the lack of sacrifice.

Two double bedrooms open to the rising sun that drips onto the rear patios providing a calming area to read the morning papers over a warm roast coffee or cup of tea.

The robust construction and finesse of finishings ensure that when you right size to a property like this your comfort and style is not compromised.

The simplicity of easily maintained gardens allows you more time to enjoy the community that the locality provides. Designed to look like traditional stables to the rear of a 15thC coaching Inn.

The Talbot has recently been thoroughly refurbished into a licensed coffee shop serving the community seven days a week.

Further afield Chaddesley Corbett has many attributes including a beauty salon and hairdressers, a butcher, florist, local P2P races, Garden centre and independent garage with convenience store.

Whilst the finishing touches are being applied to these outstanding properties we welcome you to book in an inspection at a time to your convenience.

(flexible arrangements for weekends and evenings can be accommodated).
