A four bedroom newly refurbished home full of character, located within a boutique development.

Description La Porte is a Grade III listed farm complex of historical interest, comprising nine characterful family homes.

At the heart of this attractive development is the main farmhouse - now available for sale and offering a rare opportunity to own a piece of Jersey’s heritage.

The property provides four double bedrooms, three stylish bathrooms, utility room and comfortable living space all finished to an exceptional specification.

Insulated to a very high standard, featuring a new roof and heritage-style hardwood double-glazed doors and windows throughout.

Further benefits include an attached extra large double garage with electric car charging point.

A spacious attic room sits above, perfect as a hobby room, office, play room or teenage retreat and can be easily converted (subject to Planning permission) with a Velux window already installed.

In addition to the garage are three dedicated parking spaces and additional visitor parking throughout the site.

A generous private south and west facing garden measuring approximately 410 m/sq wraps around the property and is complemented by large communal amenity spaces at both ends of the site: A picnic/play area to the east and a rewilded nature zone with walking paths to the west.

The standout feature of this eco-community is its district heating system powered by on-site renewable energy thereby providing free heating all year round and saving approximately £3,000 per year in a house of this size.

The property also complies with eco-mortgage approval which can save up to £10,000 per year in interest over a standard mortgage.
