GetGround review: landlord admin in one subscription, but not a deal finder

Declaration of interest

We build Prop AI Deals, a competing product, so read this as a rival’s assessment rather than an independent one. Every factual claim about GetGround below comes from their own public pages or their public Trustpilot profile, checked 8 October 2026. Everything evaluative is labelled as our view.

GetGround describes itself as the all-in-one property investment platform. In practice it is a landlord-services business with a strong free software tier: limited-company incorporation, accounting and tax, Making Tax Digital filings, mortgage brokerage, lettings, property management and landlord insurance, wrapped into subscriptions priced per property. This review sets out what each plan includes, what the terms commit you to, and who it genuinely suits.

What GetGround does well

  • A genuinely useful free tier: Making Tax Digital software, portfolio analysis and an AI workspace that needs no subscription.
  • Breadth of service under one subscription — incorporation, accounting, mortgage brokerage, lettings and insurance.
  • VAT-inclusive published pricing, from £48 per month for one property on Core.
  • A large public review base: 385 Trustpilot reviews at 4.3.

Where it may not fit (our view)

  • It is built around owning and running property through a company rather than finding the next deal; the sourcing shown publicly is new-development stock through BuyAssociation, and we could not find a search of the open market described on its pages.
  • Cost rises with portfolio size — Core is £96 per month for 2–5 properties — and Complete carries a 12-month minimum term.
  • Much of the paid value assumes you want a limited company; an investor who only wants deal analysis would sit on the free tier.

Unless a row names a plan, the PAID column describes Pro (£59 per month, 7-day free trial). Starter is £29 per month with no trial and capped analysis; Max is £99 per month and adds a white-label storefront. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. GetGround capabilities reflect their published pages as at 8 October 2026. Products change: confirm anything decision-critical on their site before you buy.

Verdict (our view)

GetGround is a well-reviewed, broad landlord-services subscription. Bundling incorporation, accounts, tax filings and brokerage is genuinely convenient, and in our view the free tier is more useful than most.

Our view is that its weak spot is the cost curve for growing portfolios: the price is per property band, so a five-property investor pays £96 per month on Core and £396 on Complete. The minimum terms also make it a commitment rather than a tool you try.

Buy it to run a company-owned portfolio. Do not buy it to find deals; that is not what it is built for.

Frequently asked questions

Is GetGround legitimate?

Yes. The site is operated by Terranova.Network Limited, company number 11273793, at 1 Lyric Square, London W6 0NB, trading as GetGround. Its Trustpilot profile, claimed in July 2021, showed 4.3 from 385 reviews when we checked on 8 October 2026.

What is included in GetGround Core?

Everything in the free tier plus limited-company incorporation, accounting and tax services, self assessments and Making Tax Digital filings, remortgage brokerage and a business account for the company. It is £48 per month including VAT for one property.

Can I cancel GetGround at any time?

Not immediately. New Core subscriptions have a 6-month minimum term, after which you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Complete has a 12-month minimum term because it includes lettings, management and insurance.

Who is GetGround best for?

Our view: buy-to-let investors who hold, or want to hold, property in a limited company and would rather pay one provider than an accountant, a broker and a letting agent separately.

Judge it on a real deal

The honest test is not a feature table, it is a property you are actually considering. Run one through PAID and see whether the verdict matches your own. From £29 per month on Starter; Pro is £59 per month with a 7-day free trial.
