Questions
Do I need the seller’s permission?
Yes. You confirm each time you add a property that you are instructed by the seller, or have their written permission, to market it to investors.
What counts as material information?
Price, tenure, council tax band, condition and tenancy. You confirm what you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Who sees my listings?
Paying PAID members whose saved searches cover the area. Before they enquire they see the town or postcode area, type, bedrooms, price, condition, tenancy and our analysis. They do not see the house number or full address. An investor who enquires with their buying position sees the full address.
What happens after the 30 days?
Nothing is charged unless you choose to pay. If you do not, your listings stop showing to investors. They are not deleted, and they come back if you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time.
