EPC Rating: D Seller Insight "Our mum truly loved her home.

Maidencombe House is a very special development, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets it apart, all within a peaceful setting.

When we were searching for the right new home for her, this apartment stood out for so many reasons.

The ground floor position, with its large private terrace, offered the ease of single level living and the reassurance of future comfort.

The outlook toward the sea was simply lovely, ever changing with the seasons. The living space itself is notably more generous than similar developments.

The large garage has also been a real advantage, providing ample room for both a car and storage.

We have given thoughtful consideration to keeping the apartment within our family, but we recognise that such a decision would be guided by emotion rather than practicality.

We are confident that whoever becomes the next custodian will create just as many cherished memories as we have shared as a family." Step Inside A secure communal entrance to just five apartments, from where a private front door opens to the reception hall with security intercom system.
