Abbey Manor, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 4TB

A DISTINGUISHED GOTHIC WING OF ABBEY MANOR, BLENDING HISTORIC CHARACHTER WITH MORDERN COMFORT AND ENJOYING ONE OF THE TOWN'S FINEST PANORAMIC VIEWS.

Forming part of the historic Abbey Manor Estate, The Bell House is a distinguished Grade II listed, Gothic-style country residence dating from the early 19th century.

The property is one of three homes that form Abbey Manor which was thoughtfully converted into individual homes in 1997. The property occupies the south-eastern elevation.

These sit comfortably alongside modern enhancements, with a sleek gloss-finish kitchen offering excellent storage and appliances, and well-appointed contemporary bath and shower rooms.

The accommodation is generously proportioned and filled with natural light, thanks to extensive glazing throughout.

Standout features include the impressive double-height sitting room and the vaulted orangery, both creating striking yet inviting spaces.

The galleried reception hall, centred around a handsome stone fireplace, makes for a grand entrance, while the layout also provides a laundry room, pantry, and a flexible ground floor bedroom/study with an adjoining shower room.

The principal suite is particularly special, with its own dressing room and elegant ensuite, complemented by two further bedrooms and a shower room on the second floor.

The property is approached along a sweeping gravel driveway that meanders through mature gardens, leading to generous private parking and a double garage.

To the rear, a partially covered terrace with a stone fountain offers a secluded setting ideal for alfresco dining, while the immaculately maintained lawns to the front and side merge seamlessly into open countryside, opening out to glorious far-reaching views across the hills.

A second gravel terrace at the front, also inset with a fountain, makes the most of these idyllic surroundings.

In addition to its private garden, the property enjoys access to approximately 35 acres of beautifully maintained communal parkland and woodland, including sweeping lawns, a tranquil lily pond and a tennis court – providing both a sense of space and an exceptional lifestyle setting within this peaceful rural environment.

The property is ideally located within easy reach of the Evesham town centre which has a wide range of amenities including banks, supermarkets, post office, bars, eateries, schools for all ages and much more.

Evesham has a direct train line to London and easy access to the motorway. Evesham is within 15 miles of the larger centres of Cheltenham, Worcester and Stratford.
