5-Bedroom Duplex Penthouse | Levels 11 & 12 | SW10 Commanding the upper levels of the iconic Powerhouse at Chelsea Waterfront, this five-bedroom duplex penthouse spans the 11th and 12th floors and pairs architectural scale with refined interiors by internationally renowned British interior designer Fiona Barratt-Campbell.

Offering the scale of a private home with the service, security and prestige of one of London's most exclusive waterfront addresses, the residence balances dramatic entertaining space with complete upper-level privacy.

On arrival, a curved staircase forms a striking architectural centrepiece, while glazed partitions frame views through to the expansive open-plan living space beyond.

Volume, light and proportion define the immediate impression.

Level 11 - Living & Entertaining The principal living level is distinguished by its impressive width and generous glazing, creating a light-filled open-plan reception, dining space and contemporary kitchen centred around a statement island.

Defined yet flowing zones allow for both formal entertaining and relaxed daily living.

Sliding doors open onto a substantial private terrace, extending the interior outdoors and offering elevated outlooks across Chelsea Waterfront towards the Thames.

Ideal for outdoor dining and evening gatherings, the terrace becomes a natural continuation of the entertaining space.

A fifth bedroom suite on this level provides valuable flexibility, equally suited as guest accommodation, private study or media room, complemented by a discreet guest cloakroom.

Level 12 - Private Accommodation Above, the upper floor is dedicated entirely to bedroom accommodation, ensuring clear separation from the entertaining spaces below.

The principal suite enjoys a prime river-facing position, accompanied by an elegant en suite and extensive wardrobe provision.

Additional bedrooms are arranged around a central hall, each generously proportioned and thoughtfully designed.

The vertical separation between living and sleeping quarters creates a rare sense of discretion within central London penthouse living.
