Flat 3, 19, Nevern Square, London, SW5 9PD

A brand newly refurbished first floor flat on the popular Nevern Square, arguably on the better side of the square for views and sunlight into the reception room.

Flats like this rarely come to the rental market. The property has very high ceilings, a front terrace and two generous double bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom.

The principal bedroom also benefits from a mezzanine study area. The open plan reception room has a beautifully finished island kitchen, with solid wood herringbone flooring throughout.

Both bathrooms and the additional WC have been finished to a high standard.

Located just moments from Earl’s Court station, with a great selection of shops, restaurants and local amenities nearby, as well as access to the private garden square.

A really well positioned and beautifully refurbished rental. Available now Furnished
