Wells Road, Westfield, BA3 3RY

Vendors comments - "Bought as a young couple, this house has been a wonderful foundation. We have made this house our home, and we couldn't be prouder of how it stands today with its character.

Now with two children, our garden is a highlight with it being such a lovely size. The log burner in the lounge has provided many memories of cosy nights in front of the fire, especially at Christmas.

We are excited for whoever gets to call it their own next." This miners cottage makes the ideal first time purchase with its cosy character feel and additional modern luxuries.

Solid built, the home has a lot to offer and is well positioned for commuters back into Bath.

In brief, the accommodation consists of an entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen/diner, rear hallway and utility with a w/c to the ground floor. On the first floor are three bedrooms and the bathroom.
