We've tightened what earns a Pursue. A home now needs a published valuation, a strategy that still makes money after real running costs and lender stress tests, and no listing problems that would stop a mortgage. You'll see fewer Pursues, and each one has been checked harder.

About
A unique opportunity to secure a lakefront home with its own hot tub, at an extremely attractive price. At £285,000, this is the lowest price seen for a White Cross Bay lakeside lodge in many years.
An added benefit, if not used as a private holiday retreat, is that it is also a very successful holiday rental under full management.
Footprints By The Lake Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home by the lake with its own hot tub and plenty of outdoor space. Parking. Southwest facing lounge and decks.
All furniture included. The reason for the significantly lower price compared to other lakeview lodges is due to the owners going overseas.
