About
Owners Comments… We moved into Spencers Wood 8 years ago after a long time searching and were delighted with the new build plans presented to us.
Watching a house being built for us to move into gave us such a deep connection to the property. A true sense of home.
And that was before we settled in and developed a close community with most of our neighbours.
The easy access to town, the local GP, pharmacies, supermarkets and garden centres combined with lush green walkways around us has always made this house feel like a place that was tranquil without being isolated.
If it weren't for medical reasons, we would be hard pressed to leave a home with so many wonderful memories.
Dan & Neil Estate Agents’ comments… Step into this fantastic family detached home, perfectly positioned on a generous corner plot, giving you plenty of space both inside and out.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice the light pouring through the beautiful bay windows, creating a bright and welcoming feel throughout.
There’s also the added bonus of a garage and driveway to the side, making parking and storage nice and easy.
Downstairs offers everything a busy household needs, with a big kitchen/breakfast room featuring a lovely bay window to the side, the perfect spot for morning coffee.
There’s also a separate utility room to keep things tidy, plus a spacious front-to-back lounge with double doors opening straight into the garden, ideal for entertaining or relaxing with family.
Upstairs, you’ll find four great-sized bedrooms, offering plenty of flexibility for family life, guests, or even a home office.
The main bedroom benefits from its own en-suite, alongside a family bathroom for everyone else.
All in all, this is a brilliant home that’s perfectly suited for a growing family, with space, light, and comfort in all the right places.
